Ook bleken er wel vaker productiefouten in het betreffende product te zijn verklaarde de medewerker, maar toch, betalen om te retouren!
wel boden ze aan het item, dat overigens regelmatig fabricage fouten vertoond, kosteloos te vervangen met een van hetzelfde merk en type. Indien je het geld terug wil, dan is het wel gewoon plan trekken en voor eigen rekening terugsturen.

they did offer to replace the item, which incidentally regularly shows manufacturing defects, free of charge with one of the same make and type. If you want the money back, it is just a plan and return it at your own expense.
