★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mijn ervaring bij back in shape is zeer positief want ik kwam daar met veel pijn in schouders en knieën.Na enkele sessie’s met een goede begeleiding door stafleden was ik binnen de kortste keren pijnvrij.Sindsdien sport ik daar drie keer per week. De stafleden zijn altijd open voor vragen en helpen met de oefeningen lichaamscorrectie ect. Bedankt
my experience at back in shape is very positive because I came there with a lot of pain in shoulders and knees. After a few sessions with good guidance by staff members, I was pain free in no time. Since then I have been exercising there three times a week. The staff members are always open to questions and help with the exercises body correction ect. Thanks
