★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is echt een hele slechte onprofessionele sportschool. Heb hele nare ervaringen met de vrouw van de baas daar een hele gemene vrouw die mensen nog niks normaals gunnen gewoon een miezerigding. Jammer dat ze privé en zakelijk zo door de mix haalt.
 This is a really bad unprofessional gym. Have very bad experiences with the boss's wife, there is a very mean woman that people don't give anything normal, just a measly thing. It's a shame she gets her personal and business mixed up like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top gym, 1 reden waarom ik geen 5 kan geven en dat zijn de openingstijden. Maar wie weet wat de toekomst brengt.
Top gym, 1 reason why I can't give 5 and that are the opening hours. But who knows what the future will bring.

Na anderhalf jaar lid, ga ik mijn abonnement opzeggen.
Naar mijn ervaring is het ''spa'' gedeelte niet wat het hoort te zijn. De enkele sauna's zijn vaak kapot en 20/30 minuten wachten op een sauna is hier normaal.
Daarnaast heb ik mijn vertrouwen verloren tijdens de lockdown's, er is vanuit de sportclub op allerlei (vreemde) manieren geprobeerd geld te verdienen tijdens deze periode. Wat naar mijn mening zeker niet alle terecht zijn.
Deze combinatie heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik naar een andere sportschool ga.

After a year and a half of being a member, I'm going to cancel my subscription.
In my experience the ''spa'' part is not what it should be. The few saunas are often broken and waiting 20/30 minutes for a sauna is normal here.
In addition, I lost my confidence during the lockdowns, the sports club has tried to earn money in all kinds of (strange) ways during this period. Which in my opinion are certainly not all right.
This combination has made me go to another gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice gym with a varied set of equipment. Which sets sports palace most apart -saying this as someone new to gyms- is the sauna area with several different saunas, a small outdoor pool and really nice showers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thumbs down: Difficult to cancel, Administration is extremely poor. First no email address was available for me to use, No cancellation form to fill out, I had to take my own written request for cancellation in person (Bit ridiculous in 2020 when everyone else has email), tough to get hold of the only admin that can carry out my requests and she only works Tuesdays and Thursdays. Their admin greatly needs improving.
Positives: Some of the staff are friendly even if they can't help. Great facilities in the Gym.
