I ordered a hooded jacket with a nice line ( text ) on the back, that refers that my wife is a dog fan. It is for her birthday , coming 27th, got the jacket but i seems the size wasn't good. So i called this morning to ask what to do now. The sales woman explained that the printed jackets are unique and there for difficult to sell again, so she said to keep this one and as a service they will send the new one with text, no costs at all ). Well i this time with a lot of "fake" shops and crappy service this is a nice welcome. I will definitely come back here and also recommend you guys to all my family, friends and people i just know ( or don't know ). Keep up the good work. Premium T-Shirt has no fit. It follows your body worse than thick cotton band shirts -- which is precisely what I tried to avoid by printing here. Delivered at neighbors without notice. Came wrinkled. Not even worth €10, but most certainly not the €45 I paid. Never again.

When I checked my order it was set to 'pending' a call with your helpdesk told me that it was set to pending because of a email I send (if you could take out a item and ship the rest) apparently you've send a email that I never got asking for more info or something. So knowing that I paid for premium and fast shipping your staff though it was a smart idea to to the order to pending resulting in being featured on Dutch television without the proper clothing and looking like fools. I never got the email (until the phone-girl resend it) and never got a call regarding my priority order).

Fair prices and the shirts and prints are of great quality. Sadly the original print I ordered was a bit smaller than expected, but after an email they sent me a new shirt, free of charge with an enlarged design. Was even allowed to keep the other shirt!

When it arrived I discovered I accidentally ordered it in light blue as opposed to white which I intended. Leaving the design I made hardly visible. I contacted the customer service and was helped by the most friendliest of people. Really willing to help me even though it turned out to be my own mistake. They shipped a new white (!) piece of clothing immediately without extra charge. They made my day. Such service is really rare these days! My compliments to Spreadshirt.I your loyal customer for now and ever.
