Nummertje trekken bij de prikhoek terwijl je de enige bent, geholpen worden met een open deur terwijl alle details besproken worden, personeel spreekt altijd eerste aaname uit om er vervolgens achter te komen dat die niet klopt. Personeel spreekt over de zogenaamde mis-kwaliteiten van hun collega's. Wat betreft klantvriendelijkheid en inleving is hier nog een continent te ontginnen. Kom je binnen en bij de receptie is men te druk bezig om met elkaar te kletsen zodat groeten er niet bij is. Als je na standaard een halfuur tot zo'n uur uitloop geholpen wordt komt men zeer ongeïnteresseerd over. Daarbij komt nog dat de KNO arts zei dat alles in orde was terwijl de huisarts de dag ervoor zei dat er een aandachtspunt was. Ook schreef de arts tot twee keer toe een te hoge dosering uit voor mijn zoontje van 2.5 jaar aldus de apotheek. Zelf bleef de arts volhouden dat de dosering goed was. Ik ben heel keurig, pijnloos en goed geprikt. Niet eens blauwe plekken aan over gehouden. Even with all the covid-19 measures, I was helped very well, very clearly and very kindly; from security guard at the door, covid-19 complaints check, receptionist to finally a blood sampler. I am very neat, painless and well pricked. Not even bruises.
