Probably very good with installations, but not very polite to park a van on two parking places in a crowded residential area! ;)

Duurde lang voordat ze de telefoon opnamen. Kort gesprek gehad waarbij zij aangaven wel een verwarming te willen vervangen. Ik moest dit alleen even per email bevestigen en foto's van de oude verwarming toevoegen. Een data zouden zij nog per mail doorgeven. Dit gedaan.
Na 4 dagen maar eens gebeld voor een ontvangstbevestiging. Wordt niet opgenomen. Paar uur later weer, nu een voicemail dat de toko al gesloten is. Het is dan 15 uur. Op een maandag langsgeweest, maar alles op slot.
Ondertussen is de verwarming vervangen, maar door een ander. En ik zit nog steeds op een mail te wachten van dit bedrijf...
No communication.
Took a long time for them to pick up the phone. Had a short conversation where they indicated that they would like to replace a heating. I just had to confirm this by email and add pictures of the old heating. They would still provide a data by email. Done this.
After 4 days I called again for confirmation of receipt. Will not be included. A few hours later again, now a voicemail that the store is already closed. It is then 3 pm. Stopped by on a Monday, but everything locked.
In the meantime, the heating has been replaced, but by a different one. And I'm still waiting for an email from this company...
