Later ook nog een complete alarmset met sensoren voor thuis en complete camera set die zowel met de app als bijgeleverde afstandbediening werkt, gaan nu met een gerust gevoel op vakantie / de deur uit. Bedankt Purchased a wireless camera with WiFi that works great with the app, I am happy with it. Later also a complete alarm set with sensors for home and complete camera set that works with both the app and the supplied remote control, now go on holiday / out of the house with peace of mind. Na verhoudingen hele scherp geprijsde artikelen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding top. Kortom de 5 sterren meer dan waard. Good website and webshop Fast navigation with clear product information. W	W DB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Net mijn bestelling ontvangen, ... jammer genoeg een andere type van BAOFENG ontvangen dan hetgeen op hun webpagina staat ! Ik bestelde een BAOFENG UV-5RE PLUS zoals vermeld op hun webshop (de UV-5RE PLUS is van 2015, een professioneel model - zie onder het LCD scherm) en wat heb ik ontvangen ? Een BAOFENG UV-5R is een oud model met verouderde software. (de 5 R bestaat al van 2012) Ik heb dan ook onmiddellijk een mail gestuurd en kreeg binnen de 30 min een mail terug met de melding dat het bestelde model niet meer in voorraad is. Toch sturen ze het andere type op, zonder vooraf navraag te doen bij de klant ???? Commercieel voorstel noppes ? Al was het maar een usb-kabel voor de BAOFENG UV-5R (deze kost 6á7€ ) Kreeg echter nog geen antwoord op mijn vraag. De bestelling mag wel terug gestuurd worden, maar dit is ook een gedoe.... pffff Just received my order, ... unfortunately received a different type from BAOFENG than what is on their webpage! I ordered a BAOFENG UV-5RE PLUS as stated on their webshop (the UV-5RE PLUS is from 2015, a professional model - see below the LCD screen) and what did I receive? A BAOFENG UV-5R is an old model with outdated software. (the 5 R already exists from 2012) I immediately sent an email and got an email back within 30 minutes with the message that the ordered model is no longer in stock. Yet they send the other type, without inquiring with the customer in advance ???? Commercial proposal noppes ? Even if it was only a USB cable for the BAOFENG UV-5R (this costs 6 to 7 €). However, I still did not receive an answer to my question. The order can be returned, but this is also a hassle .... pffff

Na het betalen van mijn bestelling bleek dat 1 van de camera's niet leverbaar was waardoor ik nu 2 verschillende camera's aan huis heb hangen. Na een half jaar blijkt dat bij1 van de camera's een breuk in de antenne kabel zit. Valt volgens hen niet onder garantie, kosten € 15,00. Probeer al enkele dagen een kabel te bestellen maar ik krijg steeds de bevestiging dat ik een nieuwe witte antenne heb besteld.. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn... 1 simpel antenne kabeltje opsturen naar het adres van een vaste klant. Ik ben er helemaal klaar mee... Ik bestel elders wel een nieuwe camera voor bijna 8 tientjes dan krijg ik het zoals ik wil hebben. Worthless service! It is better not to order anything here. After paying for my order, it turned out that 1 of the cameras was not available, so I now have 2 different cameras at home. After half a year it appears that one of the cameras has a break in the antenna cable. According to them is not covered by warranty, costs € 15.00. Try to order a cable for a few days but I always get confirmation that I have ordered a new white antenna. How difficult can it be ... send a simple antenna cable to the address of a regular customer. I'm done with it ... I order a new camera elsewhere for almost 8 tens then I get it the way I want it.
