★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ‘mystery guest’ opdrachtgever is mijn ervaring met dit team schokkend geweest. Elk absurde eis die ik stelde werd geheel in nadeel van de kandidaten volbracht. Wilde ik een top professional maar deze niet naar waarde betalen? Geen probleem. Er werd “gekeken” wie in aanmerking kwam. Wilde ik alleen professionals van Nederlandse afkomst? Ook geen probleem.
Wie bewust is van haar/zijn waarde wil ik ten zeerste adviseren om elders de samenwerking aan te gaan. Stel goede vragen en verifieer de antwoorden.

 As a mystery guest client, my experience with this team has been shocking. Every absurd demand I made was carried out entirely to the detriment of the candidates. Did I want a top professional but not pay it according to value? No problem. It was “checked” who was eligible. Did I only want professionals of Dutch descent? No problem either.
I would strongly advise anyone who is aware of her/his value to enter into cooperation elsewhere. Ask good questions and verify the answers.
