Wij hebben een 1 fase KIA Niro. Ed adviseerde ons om 1 fase van onze 3x25 aansluiting volledig voor de auto te gebruiken. Iedere ochtend zijn wij weer volledig opgeladen. Hiertoe heb ik bij meerdere aanbieders offertes aangevraagd. Squip was de eerste die reageerde. Hun offerte was bovendien niet zo’n ‘algemene offerte’, maar ging echt goed in op de bijzonderheden van ons huis die ik in de offertaanvraag had geschetst. Dat gaf al meteen veel vertrouwen dat ik hier te maken had met een bedrijf dat de klant centraal stelt. En, ook niet onbelangrijk, de prijs was competitief vergeleken met de concurrentie. Communicatie via de mail was altijd snel en duidelijk. Contactpersoon Ed Meijer weet duidelijk van aanpakken en is een man van zijn woord. De oplossing die hij bood voor ons ‘laadprobleem’ was elegant en efficiënt. Ook de installatie door Erwin verliep ontzettend soepel. Erwin is een echte vakman die niet zomaar snelsnelsnel een kabeltje trekt. Nee, hij neemt serieus de tijd om alles goed aan te leggen en heeft veel oog voor detail en veiligheid. De kabel is zo keurig weggewerkt, dat helemaal niemand deze meer opmerkt. Al met al zijn we ontzettend blij met onze keuze voor Squip. Van de eerste offerte tot de inwerkinstelling van de laadpaal; alles is perfect gelopen. Als de buren of vrienden nog een keer een laadpaal willen, dan krijgt Squip van mij een hele warme aanbeveling! Our house has quite a special layout. That is why customization was required for the installation of a charging station. I have requested quotes from several suppliers for this. Squip was the first to respond. Also, their quote wasn't much of a 'general quote', but went really well into the specifics of our home that I outlined in the quote request. That immediately gave me a lot of confidence that I was dealing here with a company that puts the customer first. And, not unimportant, the price was competitive compared to the competition. Communication via email was always quick and clear. Contact person Ed Meijer clearly knows how to tackle things and is a man of his word. The solution he offered to our "charging problem" was elegant and efficient. The installation by Erwin also went very smoothly. Erwin is a true professional who does not just pull a cable quickly. No, he seriously takes the time to set everything up properly and has a great eye for detail and safety. The cable is so neatly concealed that no one notices it anymore. All in all, we are very happy with our choice for Squip. From the first quotation to the initial setup of the charging station; everything went perfectly. If the neighbors or friends want a charging station again, Squip will receive a very warm recommendation from me!
