★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 jaar ervaring en alsnog mijn wenkbrauwen volkomen verpest! De helft verwijderd van zowel de voorkant als mijn hele hoek, letterlijk van hoek tot eind. Zelfs de meest onervaren zou deze fout niet kunnen maken. En dan nog geld vragen ervoor, ik heb er gewoon geen woorden meer voor. Ik schrijf nooit een recensie, maar waar ik nu naar moet kijken elke keer als ik in de spiegel kijk, dat gun ik niemand. Dit is niet alleen ontevredenheid, maar ten zeerste onacceptabel!
20 years of experience and still ruining my eyebrows! Half away from both the front and my entire corner, literally from corner to end. Not even the most inexperienced could make this mistake. And then ask money for it, I just have no words for it. I never write a review, but what I have to look at every time I look in the mirror is something I don't want anyone to do. This is not only dissatisfaction, but highly unacceptable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goede kapster! De vrouw die mijn haar heeft geknipt nam echt de tijd om mijn wensen in kaart te brengen. Tevens communiceerde zij met mij gedurende de knipbeurt of ik andere wensen had. Ik kom ZEKER terug!!!!
Very good hairdresser! The woman who cut my hair really took the time to map out my wishes. She also communicated with me during the haircut if I had other wishes. I'll definitely return!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, unprofessional hair stylist Idek if she was actually allowed to cut my hair. Maybe it’s a language barrier but still I have uneven hair as in my right side contains more hair than my left side because I asked to her to thin out my hair. The brand advertises the workers having top skills. This was not what I expected.
