★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De PKN kerk St. Remigius in Spannum met de prachtige zadeldaktoren staat midden in het dorp Spannum en is van ver reeds te zien.
De kerk behoort toe aan de Hervormde gemeente Spannum en Edens en de torens zijn eigendom van de Stichting monumenten Littenseradiel.
In 2014-2015 is de kerk te Spannum geheel gerestaureerd. Inmiddels heeft de Grêfskriftekommisje fan 'e Fryske Akademy de nieuw gevonden grafzerken in de kerk van Spannum in kaart gebracht en gepubliceerd.

 The PKN church St. Remigius in Spannum with the beautiful gable roof tower stands in the middle of the village of Spannum and can be seen from afar.
The church belongs to the Reformed municipality of Spannum and Edens and the towers are owned by the Littenseradiel monuments foundation.
The church in Spannum was completely restored in 2014-2015. In the meantime, the Grêfskriftekommisje fan 'e Fryske Akademy has mapped and published the newly found gravestones in the church of Spannum.
