Ich bin sprachlos wie dort mit Patienten umgegangen wird und wenn man was sagt wissen sie noch alle Schuld von sich . Sind halt Auszubildende die ihren ersten Tag haben und sie hätten halt kein Personal. Für mich der erste und letzte Besuch dort . Pfleger und Schwestern sollten sich Gedanken machen ob wirklich der richtige Beruf für sie ist . I have never seen such rude rude staff. I am speechless how patients are treated there and if you say something, they still know they are all to blame. They're just trainees who have their first day and they don't have any staff. For me the first and last visit there. Nurses and nurses should think about whether this is really the right job for them.

Von Unfreundlichkeit und dergleichen kann ich nicht sprechen, sondern es waren alle zuvorkommend. Es gibt KH im Kreis Kleve die wesentlich unpersönlicher sind. I would like to thank Dr. Andreas as well as at thank all the employees of the KH. Of unfriendliness and I can't speak like that, but everyone was courteous. There are hospitals in the Kleve district that are much more impersonal.
H	Hagen Von Tronje on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unterirdisch kann ich nur Sagen. Station 3A Sollte mal eine Grundreinigung unterzogen werden. Dreckige Sanitäre Anlagen. Auf Zimmer 311.Freundlichkeit des Älteren Pfleger läst auch mehr als zu Wünschen Übrig. Anderre Häuser im Umkreis von Emmerich sind nicht gerade modern aber um einiges Sauberer. Da nützt auch keine Sanierung mehr. Personal geht soeben noch mit viel Wohlwollen eine 3 und die Ärztin von der Station braucht auch gewisse Ansagen von Patienten eh etwas Passiert. Also alles nur unterirdisch . Würde ich so arbeiten und Planen wärre ich mit Sicherheit im meinen Betrieb Gekündigt worden. Da Liebe ich lieber die Klinische Versorgung in Duisburg und Dorsten. I can only say underground. Station 3A Should be subjected to a thorough cleaning. Dirty sanitary facilities. In room 311, the friendliness of the elderly carer also annoyed more than what was left to be desired. Other houses in the vicinity of Emmerich are not exactly modern, but a lot cleaner. Refurbishment is no longer of any use. The staff has just given a 3 with a lot of goodwill and the doctor from the ward also needs certain announcements from patients. Something happens anyway. So everything is just underground. If I were to work and plan like this, I would certainly have been fired from my company. I prefer clinical care in Duisburg and Dorsten.
D	Diana Bergmans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie man dort mit Notfallpatienten auf der Intensiv umgeht die vermeintlich bewusstlos sind, weil man sich eine Meinung bildet, ohne zu wissen was los ist, ist an Unverschämtheit nicht zu Übertreffen. Diese Erfahrung mental wieder loszuwerden wird dauern. Ich/Wir sind einfach nur entsetzt. Die zwei Sterne gibt es ausschließlich,da sich einige Pfleger in der Notaufnahme bei meinem ankommen mehr als 5 verdient haben. Denn selbst dem Notarzt würde ich gerne Mal persönlich meine Meinung sagen!!!! Ganz ganz schreckliche Erfahrung.? How you deal with emergency patients in the intensive care unit who are supposedly unconscious because you form an opinion without knowing what is going on is unbeatable in insolence. Mentally getting rid of this experience will take time. I / we are just horrified. The two stars are only given because some nurses in the emergency room earned more than 5 when I arrived. Because I would even like to personally give my opinion to the emergency doctor !! Quite, terrible experience
H	Heidi Syben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Baustelle im Erdgeschoß bzw. Eingangsbereiches war der Einlaß sehr gut organisiert. Als ich ankam, war der Desinfektionsmittelspender am Eingang gerade leer, er wurde aber sofort wieder aufgefüllt, als ich dies der netten Dame am Empfang sagte. Ich wurde freundlich begrüßt. Es wurde ordentlich und ausführlich kontrolliert, ob man geimpft und geboostert ist; das digitale Impfzertifikat ist auch hier in diesem Krankenhaus unerläßlich. Ebenfalls liegt am eine Liste am Empfang mit allen Terminen der Besucher und nur, wer auch auf dieser Liste aufgeführt ist, darf eintreten (anderenfalls muß eben kurz mit der entsprechenden Abteilung Rücksprache gehalten werden). Abschließend wurde mir noch sehr nett und konkret der Weg zur Radiologie erklärt. Einmal den langen Gang bis zum anderen Ende des Krankenhauses - ein Rikscha Dienst wäre toll ;-) In der Radiologie angekommen, war ich auch sofort an der Anmeldung dran. Ein paar Formulare ausfüllen, noch kurz warten und schon wurde ich aufgerufen. Die nette Mitarbeiterin beim MRT erklärte den Ablauf und schon ging es los. Fertig und wieder raus aus der Umkleide. Wieder zur Anmeldung der Radiologie. Das Blatt mit den Daten zum Abruf der Ergebnisse via Internet war schon fertig, die CD bereits in Bearbeitung. So flott, freundlich und prima durchorganisiert habe ich noch kein MRT erlebt. Einfach prima, bleibt so, wie Ihr seid, einfach ein toller Service! Despite the construction site on the ground floor and the entrance area, admission was very well organized. When I arrived, the disinfectant dispenser at the entrance was empty, but it was immediately refilled when I told the nice lady at reception. I was greeted warmly. It was properly and extensively checked whether you were vaccinated and boosted; the digital vaccination certificate is also essential here in this hospital. There is also a list at the reception with all the appointments of the visitors and only those who are on this list are allowed to enter (otherwise you have to consult the relevant department briefly). Finally, the way to radiology was explained to me in a very nice and concrete way. Once the long corridor to the other end of the hospital - a rickshaw service would be great ;-) When I got to the radiology department, I went straight to registration. Fill out a few forms, wait a bit and I was called. The nice employee at the MRT explained the process and off we went. Done and out of the locker room. Back to radiology registration. The sheet with the data for accessing the results via the Internet was already finished, the CD was already being processed. I have never experienced an MRI that was so fast, friendly and well organized. Just great, stay the way you are, just great service!
S	Sabine Brueggert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mutter war zum Aufbau in der Klinik was dabei rausbekommen ist sind massenhaft Tabletten die sie nicht brauchte. Erst nach meinem Anruf sind die Tabletten reduziert worden. Meine Mutter ist so schlapp und kann kaum sprechen, das der Arzt in der jetzigen Reha entsetzt war als sie dort angekommen ist. Ich bin einfach nur fassungslos und froh das sie dort jetzt raus ist. My mother was in the clinic to set things up. What I got out of it are masses of tablets that she didn't need. Only after my call were the tablets reduced. My mother is so tired and can hardly speak that the doctor in the current rehab was horrified when she got there. I'm just stunned and glad she's out there now.
