Als je hier je tanden wilt poetsen, kun je in een heel krap toilet terecht, waar de spiegel te laag hangt, met een heel klein wasbakje. Je hebt geluk als er niet net iemand heeft zitten te kakken. En kan ook in de avond geholpen worden wat erg prettig is gezien mijn werk overdag is. Very well helped by my dentist. Er wordt de tijd genomen en goed gecommuniceerd. Ook voor kinderen zeer prettig. Pijnlijk behandeling van kleuter werd fantastisch aangepakt, ouder wordt er ook bij betrokken. Dental anxiety? Painful treatment of toddler was handled fantastically, older is also involved.

Als je er nooit komt en kiespijn krijg wordt er gewoon gezegd nee je heb wel kiespijn maar mag niet langskomen want je ben hier niet bekend of ben te lang hier niet geweest . Als je kiespijn krijg niet je overal welkom zijn en geholpen worden. Maar ze laten je gewoon met kiespijn doorlopen. Gelukkig wilde een andere tandarts wel helpen. Het is een mooie praktijk, de communicatie is goed, afspraken maken of verplaatsen is makkelijk, en bovenal heb ik een hele prettige mondhygiëniste en tandarts. Bij mijn vorige tandarts was altijd alles wel prima en snel klaar, maar hier nemen ze echt de tijd om uit te leggen waarom iets niet goed is en dat het belangrijk is je tandenpoets/flos techniek daarop aan te passen en hoe je dat moet doen. Niet altijd leuk om te horen, maar een stuk effectiever! Ook prettig vond ik tijdens het vullen van gaatjes dat de tandarts aangaf waar ze mee bezig was en een hele vaste hand had. Ik voel me hier niet patiënt 346385 die even snel door de tandverzorgingsstraat heen moet, maar een klant die geholpen wordt. It is a beautiful practice, communication is good, making or moving appointments is easy, and above all I have a very pleasant dental hygienist and dentist. At my previous dentist everything was always fine and ready quickly, but here they really take the time to explain why something is not right and that it is important to adjust your brushing / flossing technique accordingly and how to do that. Not always nice to hear, but a lot more effective! I also liked when filling cavities that the dentist indicated what she was doing and had a very steady hand. I don't feel like a patient 346385 who has to go through the dental care street just as quickly, but a customer who is being helped.

I've heared some scary reviews regarding dentists in The Netherlands and consider myself lucky to have discovered them with my first try.
