De tools van SVD zijn prima in orde. Uiteindelijk is het mensenwerk - als de klik met de consultant goed is, is het goed bestede tijd ! Ook buiten de vaste afspraken kon ik bij haar met mijn vragen terecht. Datgene wat je leert gaat niet alleen over solliciteren en alles wat daarbij komt kijken, maar geeft d.m.v. testen ook inzicht in je kwaliteiten en interesses. Ook netwerkgesprekken zijn zeer helpend bij je oriëntatie op de arbeidsmarkt. Dank je wel Karin voor de samenwerking en alle dingen die je hebt geleerd en waarbij je me hebt geholpen. Ook bij voor mij nieuwe onderdelen heeft ze me ondersteund. Ze was tijdens dit alles meedenkend en gaf goede adviezen. Ook wanneer ik hulp nodig had buiten de meetings om was Suzan per mail voor mij beschikbaar. Ik heb dit alles als zeer prettig ervaren. Dankjewel Suzan! I followed a trajectory at State of Service and was supervised by Suzan. She guided me step by step through the process. The build-up was good. She also supported me with new parts for me.
