Es ist total einfach, der Kontakt zur Apotheke (ob per Email oder Anruf) lief einwandfrei und hervorzuheben ist, das Personal ( deutschsprachig) ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und auf Kundenzufriedenheit bedacht. Ich werde weiterhin dort bestellen. Because of corona, I had to switch to online ordering. Aber eine Frau mit Brille ist sehr unhöflich und hat mich ausgelacht weil mein Rezept nicht ganz stimmte (Arzt Fehler) Ich hatte dann meine Medizin nicht bekommen und das hat die Mitarbeiterin mit der Brille etwa 50-60 Jahre alt sogar gefallen und sie hat sich an meinem leid ergötzt. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind Klasse und extrem hilfsbereit! Most of the employees are great. But a woman with glasses is very rude and laughed at me because my prescription wasn't quite right (doctor's mistake) Then I didn't get my medicine and the employee with the glasses around 50-60 years old even liked that and she delighted in my suffering. All other employees are great and extremely helpful!
