 You can only find what a service is in Kerkrade. But if you have to go, then it must be bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laut Öffnungszeiten ab 08:30 Erreichbar, mittlerweile ist es 09:17 und es ist Telefonisch immer noch keiner erreichbar. Ein sehr schlechter Service!!
According to the opening times, it can be reached from 8:30 a.m., meanwhile it is 9:17 a.m. A very bad service !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opzich wel netjes. Beetje lange wacht tijden maar dat is logisch. Wat ik heel erg slecht vindt wel zijn de tijden. Een groot deel van de bevolkheid heeft een baan en is dus niet mogelijk tussen 8:30 en 17:00 naar de gemeente te gaan. Dit levert een hoop problemen op. Hoop dat dit ppgelost kan worden
Nice in itself. A bit long waiting times but that makes sense. What I think is very bad are the times. A large part of the population has a job and is therefore not possible to go to the municipality between 8:30 and 17:00. This causes a lot of problems. Hope this can be resolved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building but terrible attitudes of the Authority staffs. My failed address registration in Kerkrade was to be taunted further with such words "what ever is going to happen, it is your problem and not ours", I then asked them what should be done, to which all met the same responses "We are sorry we cant help you, you arent allowed to live here". I was not treated well n my last visit, never again should I visit this place.
