The very friendly gentleman at the entrance looked at the queue (there wasn't one), gave me a ticket and my number was up within a minute. Another very friendly lady processed my topic within another minute and after exchanging smiles and goodbyes I was out in minute number 3. Smooth operators :) , very friendly and professional.
