★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte service, na 7 werkdagen nog steeds me paspoort niet binnen en ze kunnen niet zeggen hoelang het nog duurt. Terwijl in de brief staat binnen 5 werkdagen zou t binnen moet zijn.
Heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt ?
Very bad service, after 7 working days still haven't received my passport and they can't say how long it will take. While the letter states that it should be in within 5 working days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar geen kennis van zaken. Afspraak gemaakt en speciaal gevraagd of een handtekening in het Engels gelegaliseerd kan worden. Blijkt op de afspraak dat ze dat helemaal niet te kunnen en ook niet echt te weten wat dat is.
Very friendly and helpful. But no know-how. Made an appointment and specially asked whether a signature can be legalized in English. Turns out at the appointment that they cannot do that at all and do not really know what that is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies at the reception need to be changed, they are not friendly at all and they do NOT help you at all. I always send you home !!! Better to bring someone young and kind to the reception, these two ladies who work there, do not have a kind face. They never helped me with anything. Shame!!!!!
