β β β β β Binnen stonden twee ongeinteresseerde personen te hangen tegen de computer waar je je moet aanmelden. Ik dacht dat het zwervers waren die binnen lekker warm stonden. Het bleken medewerkers te zijn; althans, tijdens het gebruik van het touchscreen ging de dikke dame ook op het scherm drukken. Zonder iets te zeggen. Geen hallo of kan ik je helpen.
De wachteruimte leek vol te zitten met arme zieke mensen; een soort armenhuis of ziekenhuis. Wel frapant dat dat bij elke stadswinkel zo lijkt te zijn.
De gemeentemedewerker...een verhaal apart.
Die formulieren...steeds maar weer alles invullen...er is zoβn gebrek aan automatisering.
Het maken van een afspraak is haast onmogelijk; er zijn gewoonweg geen mogelijkheden via mijnloket.
Ik heb ik 7 gemeentes gewoond; Rotterdam is zo inefficient, onbeschofd en onmenselijk.
 Inside, two uninterested people were hanging against the computer where you have to log in. I thought they were bums that were nice and warm inside. They turned out to be employees; at least, while using the touchscreen, the fat lady also started pressing the screen. Without saying anything. No hello or can I help you.
The waiting room seemed to be full of poor sick people; a kind of poorhouse or hospital. It is striking that this seems to be the case with every city store.
The municipal employee... a different story.
Those forms...filling in everything again and again...there is such a lack of automation.
Making an appointment is almost impossible; there are simply no options via mijnloket.
I have lived in 7 municipalities; Rotterdam is so inefficient, rude and inhumane.

β β β β β Aan de telefoon wordt gezegd dat je de sleutel voor je beΓ«indigde fietstrommel abonnement hier kunt inleveren. Kom je aan wordt er doodleuk gezegd dat het niet kan, verder kan je het uitzoeken! Personeel niet vriendelijk noch behulpzaam. Jammer.
On the phone it is said that you can hand in the key for your terminated bicycle drum subscription here. When you arrive, it is casually said that it is not possible, further you can find out! Staff not friendly nor helpful. Unfortunate.
