★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zur Zeit arbeiten in der Appeldornerstaße 12 in Goch drei Firmen an einer Baustelle, Omexon, Siebers und die Stadtwerke Goch. Der Umgangston der Mitarbeiter aller drei Firmen untereinander ist unter aller Würde. Das sich nicht noch geprügelt wird ist alles. Außerdem ist es eine Unverschämtheit das die Mitarbeiter der Firmen ihre Pausen rauchend in den Kellerräumlichkeiten des Hauses verbringen.
At the moment three companies are working on a construction site at Appeldornerstrasse 12 in Goch, Omexon, Siebers and Stadtwerke Goch. The tone of voice among the employees of all three companies is below all dignity. That is all that is not yet being beaten. In addition, it is outrageous that the employees of the companies spend their breaks smoking in the basement of the house.

UPDATE: Ein Kollege der Stadtwerke rief mich zurück und hat sich um das Problem gekümmert.
Catastrophically difficult to reach by phone, not very customer-friendly, disappointing.
UPDATE: A colleague from Stadtwerke called me back and took care of the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute im Service Center. So desinteressiert, schnippisch und von oben herab habe ich Kundenservice noch nie erlebt. Die Mitarbeiterin blättert lieber in Ordnern, als den Kunden zuzuhören und freundlich entgegen zu kommen - hat wohl leider den falschen Beruf!
Went to the service center today. I have never experienced customer service so disinterested, snippy and condescending. The employee prefers leafing through folders to listening to customers and being friendly to them - unfortunately she probably has the wrong job!
