★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an ASAP lock device. Upon receiving the goods I noticed the box was damaged and previously opened. When opening the box myself I could not find the bold that should be included to be able to use the device. When I told this to their after sale service I got a rather rude member of staff on the line. They proposed to send me a new bold only if I would take my bad review away. Since these are life saving devices I wanted the device fully replaced with a new one in a fully sealed box. The conversation ended with them promising me they were going to deal with it, send me a mail and saying they were going to find a quick and easy solution. They haven't. So my advice, buy your climbing gear somewhere else. You trust your life on it and they are just messing about...
