De monteurs werkten hard door, met oog voor detail en afwerking. Ook fijn dat de adviseur thuis langskomt met samples. Very satisfied with this company. Assembly took a while due to crowds, but the wait was definitely worth it. Two beautiful stairs were delivered after 2 days. The engineers worked hard, with an eye for detail and finish. It's also nice that the advisor comes home with samples.
B	Bas van den Blink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Maanden gewacht op een salesgesprek. + Na het salesgesprek precies de trap uitgekozen die we wilden hebben, volledig naar tevredenheid. Contract getekend! - Uiteindelijk een week later bericht gekregen dat de monteur het niet ziet zitten om vanaf de parkeerplaats via de lift spullen te verplaatsen naar ons huis. Edit naar aanleiding van onderstaande reactie - Onbetrouwbaar. De exacte tijd van het lopen naar mijn woning vanaf de parkeerplaats bedraagt minder dan 2 minuten. De stucadoors, keukenzetter en badkamerzetter hebben deze lange tocht uiteindelijk ook dag in dag uit ook weten af te leggen en ook nog met alle materialen! Met de aangeboden hulp van mijn kant hadden we deze drempel samen kunnen nemen. - Bovenaan mijn trap heb ik een overloop van 12m2 waar je een eigen werkplaats kwijt zou kunnen. Waar we het dan over eens zijn is dat het wel veel rommel geeft om op de galerij te zagen, dit geeft rommel en overlast voor de omwonenden. Maar waarom niet gewoon zagen naast de trap? Achteraf dan toch wel blij dat ik niet met Stairwell in zee ben gegaan. Met dit perspectief op de waarheid zou het lastig worden om uit een eventueel meningsverschil te komen. Voor die mensen die er toch voor kiezen hoop ik echt dat het in één keer goed opgeleverd wordt. - Waited months for a sales call. + After the sales meeting, we chose exactly the staircase we wanted, completely to our satisfaction. Signed the contract! - Finally a week later received a message that the mechanic does not like to move things from the parking lot via the elevator to our house. Edit following the reaction below - Unreliable. The exact time of walking to my home from the parking lot is less than 2 minutes. The plasterers, kitchen setter and bathroom setter eventually also managed to complete this long journey day in, day out and also with all the materials! With the help offered on my part, we could have crossed this threshold together. - At the top of my stairs I have a landing of 12m2 where you could place your own workshop. What we agree on is that it does give a lot of junk to saw on the gallery, this creates clutter and inconvenience for the local residents. But why not just saw it next to the stairs? In hindsight I was glad that I didn't work with Stairwell. With this perspective on the truth, it would be difficult to resolve any disagreement. For those people who choose it anyway, I really hope that it will be delivered properly in one go.

Zeer netjes gedaan en precies volgens schema. Netjes gewerkt en opgeruimd. We zijn zeer tevreden met Stairwell!! After an excellent consultation at home, we made a choice that we had not thought of beforehand. Today the staircase renovation was carried out. Very neatly done and exactly on schedule. En enkele weken later staat de monteur zoals afgesproken stipt om 7u op de stoep om in twee dagen twee trappen te bekleden. Heel vriendelijke en rustige man, werkt zeer accuraat en schoon. Prachtig resultaat. We raden stairwell aan iedereen aan! The appointment with the sales employee came about quickly. Very competitive price compared to competitors. And a few weeks later, as agreed, the technician is on the doorstep punctually at 7 am to cover two flights of stairs in two days. Very friendly and calm man, works very accurately and cleanly. Wonderful result. We recommend stairwell to everyone!
