★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard en Stefan zijn toppers! Ondanks de enorm krappe huizenmarkt hebben we dankzij hen toch weer een fijn plekje gevonden om te wonen. Ze regelen alles snel, communiceren goed en doen erg hun best voor de huurder.
Ze zijn daarnaast heel transparant in hun kosten en in de communicatie daarover, dus bij ontevredenheid ligt dat zeker niet aan StamVerhuur. Zij zijn juist heel fijn om mee in zee te gaan en ik raad ze dan ook zeker aan!
Richard and Stefan are toppers! Despite the huge hiking housing market, we have found a nice place to live in thanks to them. They arrange everything quickly, communicate well and do their best for the tenant.
They are also very transparent in their costs and in communication about this, so in case of dissatisfaction, this certainly does not lies with strain rental. They are very nice to go into the sea and I certainly recommend them!

Deze mensen maken misbruik van kwetsbare mensen die wanhopig op zoek zijn naar woonruimte door ze illegale kosten te rekenen. €425 (onder de noemer “verhuurkosten”) moet je neerleggen voordat je überhaupt het huurcontract te zien krijgt. Eindstand: belachelijke huurvoorwaarden. Maar het geld houden ze natuurlijk. Zelfs nadat ze de schrijnende situatie kennen van die persoon. Als ik de mensen van Stam Vastgoed (in een soort rare “samenwerking” met Van Laar Vastgoed) in een paar woorden moet samenvatten, zijn dat de volgende woorden: harteloos, apathisch, gewetenloos en crimineel.

So far, we've paid deposit from abroad where we have to work three months for this deposit and after speaking normally with them that my husband's visa application had been declined, the answer was - we also need money. Paying 1400 euros and not even getting the half of it? After several times trying to reach back the man i was in contact with, he disappeared and covered up. He hang up the phone, no answer to my emails. Thank you for everything!
