“De auto heeft zijn kleur weer terug.”
De oude Opel Astra van mijn broer gekregen. Ik was er blij mee, alleen was de auto in de loop der jaren nogal verkleurd. Een vriend van me zei dat ik de auto eens goed moest laten poetsen. De Astra naar Star Carwash gebracht en samen naar de mogelijkheden gekeken. Ik kon de auto drie uur later weer op komen halen. Het resultaat ben ik blij mee. De auto heeft zijn kleur weer terug.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wordt gewoon echt goed gereinigd, komt als dealerschoon terug, maken de afspraken waar, degelijk bedrijf !!!! Auto werd opgehaald bij ons thuis en daarna superschoon teruggebracht, echt een top service.
Is simply cleaned really well, comes back as dealer clean, fulfill the agreements, solid company !!!! The car was picked up at our home and then returned super clean, really a top service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had an appointment at 09:00 am. business owner wasn't there at 9.30 am, so I already wasted 30 minutes. next customer showed up, then we both decided to just go home.
my appointment was verified by the business owner too.
he responded to my message 90 minutes overdue.. not an apology for wasting my time and fuel costs.
his neighbor said: "he probably overslept", I mean, how is this professional?
I will never go to this place again.
I wonder if this review will be deleted.
In response to the business owner's comment: "Q: did you clean your car?"
my answer: no, it is impossible since you weren't there..

you DID NOT send a message ON TIME saying you were late. see screenshot attached. please stop lying, makes you look even more unprofessional.
