Verder waren wij helemaal tevreden! ...only in the dark a bit difficult to find, if you are not familiar! Illuminated sign at the entrance would be nice! Other than that, we were completely satisfied!

Mijn oude kater Bink is weer de oude♡ en kwam in de avond weer lekker kroelen.♡♡ Very nice, Dear girls who have a lot of patience and are very caring!! De assistente gaf aan dat ze het erg druk hebben en dat ze door de week spreekuur houden, liever niet op zaterdag. Door de week kan ik niet dus daar baal ik van A nice animal hospital. Unfortunately, I experienced for the first time that it was difficult to make an appointment on Saturday for the consultation hour. The assistant indicated that they are very busy and that they have office hours during the week, preferably not on Saturdays. I can't do it during the week so I'm disappointed
M	Madelon Hogendoorn Leenheer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij moesten onze Britse korthaar Chester laten inslapen. Bij onze eigen dierenarts was geen plek, waardoor wij naar deze kliniek verwezen werden. Bij binnenkomst werden we meteen opgevangen, naar een aparte ruimte gebracht, waar een kleedje lag en kaarsjes branden. De dierenarts nam alle tijd en mede hierdoor voelden wij erg gesteund op dit verdrietige moment. Ze zei dat de rekening wel opgestuurd werd, het is zo naar om zo verdrietig in een rij te staan. Chester was onze vijfde kat, die we hebben moeten laten inslapen,maar zo,n betrokken,prettige omgang ook van de andere medewerkers hebben wij nog nooit meegemaakt We had to put our British Shorthair Chester to sleep. There was no room at our own vet, so we were referred to this clinic. Upon entering, we were immediately taken care of, taken to a separate room, where there was a rug and candles burning. The vet took all the time and because of this we felt very supported at this sad moment. She said the bill was sent, it's so sad to stand in line so sad. Chester was our fifth cat, which we had to put to sleep, but we have never experienced such a committed, pleasant interaction from the other employees
L	Laura K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absoluut niet tevreden! Als er een operatie wordt aanbevolen, zou ik eerst voor een second opinion ergens anders naartoe gaan! Onze kat leek pijn te hebben aan 1 poot. Er werd ons aangeraden om beide poten tegelijkertijd te opereren omdat ze anders artrose kon ontwikkelen (dit had nooit gemogen!). Dit kon hij van de buitentkant ''voelen'', zonder foto's te maken. Onze kat heeft na verschillende operaties ongeveer een half jaar in de bench opgesloten gezeten. Het eindresultaat is dat ze: niet meer normaal kan lopen, een gescheurde kniepees heeft, ze blijvende artrose heeft die alleen maar erger wordt. Dit is eruit gekomen bij een gespecialiseerde orthopeed. Wij hebben een klacht ingediend bij het tuchtcollege. Deze zaak loopt nog. Definitely not satisfied! If surgery is recommended I would go elsewhere for a second opinion first! Our cat seemed to have pain in 1 leg. We were advised to operate on both legs at the same time because otherwise she could develop osteoarthritis (this was never allowed!). He could 'feel' this from the outside, without taking pictures. After several operations, our cat has been locked up in the crate for about half a year. The end result is that they: can no longer walk normally, has a ruptured knee tendon, has permanent osteoarthritis that will only get worse. This was found out by a specialized orthopedic surgeon. We have filed a complaint with the Disciplinary Court. This case is still ongoing.

I	Iga Scislewska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to the hospital with a small cat (9 weeks) that was vomiting, had a very low temperature and was not moving. After a short examination, the doctor concluded that it was probably a heart defect (but ofc she couldn't confirm cause she is not a cardiolog) and that the cat should stay overnight in the hospital or go to Dordrecht. The doctor also suggested euthanasia, indicating that she was pretty sure it was a heart disease! We have mentioned several times that the cat has received a medicine for worms, but the doctor has denied that this could be the cause. Desperate, we returned home, to take the kitten to the cardiologist the next day. For a night in the hospital (without treatment and a good diagnosis) we paid 200 euros !! After visiting the cardiologist, it turned out that the heart is healthy and all symptoms indicated side effects of the drug administered, which the doctor from Oud-Beijerland did not even mention in the cat's record .. I DO NOT RECOMMEND .. we were close to make an euthanasia of the healthy cat :(((
