β β β β β Changed the screen and everything was okay for a couple of days but then it started again making problems... so I went back, explained what was the problem, the guy checked the problem and said they were going to order a new one and change the old one. Went back the next day (today), there was another guy and I had to explain everything again and in the end they still had to order the new screen and I have to come back the day after...
Conclusion: I didn't see much of info exchange between colleagues and tomorrow will be my third time at the shop...

β β β β β I had several unpleasant experiences with Star mobile!
One display change turned into 4.
For the purchase of another device I was invited 3 times to the store.
In the end I did not bought the device because the internal arrangements or exchange of information does not take place. The device was still activation lock from preowner.
If you ask how they can work like this, you will only get the answer: What do you expect from me?
If you only want to buy a phone cover you might be in the right place.
Please don't expect more from this store, otherwise you will be disappointed or more.

β β β β β Came in with a malfunctioning phone. Asked the dude if he could check it quickly. He took the phone, held it for like 3 mins. Did a quick hard reset snd gsve it back. It was working fine. He then told me he did some crazy hard reset and "software check" (??). Apparently i had to pay for his knowledge and all that cause hard reset is totally not one google away ( irony if u didnt catch somehow). Anyways it was 25 but for me discounted to 20 ;))). I didnt have time or willpower to argue so i just gave him the money and left. Will never come back again. The guy at GSM grote gracht it wayyy better go there instead guys.
