Verbeterpuntje als het een ingewikkelder project is (zo als bij ons was ivm monumentaal pand) eerst iemand langs sturen om van tevoren te bepalen wat er moet gebeuren!!!! Dan is het voor Star Trading ook makkelijker om een goede offerte te maken. De monteurs waren super netjes en meegaand. Ik heb ook een servicecontract voor 7 jaar afgesloten zodat ik de komende jaren zeker ben van de goede service van Star Trading... Very professional .... Good technicians who think along with you. They do what you want as a customer. Point for improvement if it is a more complicated project (as was the case with us because of a monumental building) first send someone along to determine in advance what needs to be done !!!! Then it is also easier for Star Trading to make a good quotation. The mechanics were super neat and accommodating. I have also concluded a service contract for 7 years so that I can be sure of the good service from Star Trading in the coming years ...

In plaats van twee airco's aan te schaffen, kunnen we nu met een airco af. Kortom een prima advies die een gunstige uitwerking had op de prijs. De montage verliep iets moeizamer door miscommunicatie, maar ook hier is niet moeilijk over gedaan. De klus is gewoon volgens afspraak en tot volle tevredenheid uitgevoerd. De adviezen in het offerte traject en duidelijke uitleg heb ik als zeer prettig ervaren. Ga zo door Star Trading!!! We recently installed an air conditioner in the stairwell on the second floor. De complete afhandeling van eerste contact, advies, montage en service achteraf was geweldig. Vriendelijk personeel. Vriendelijke eigenaars. En goed prijs kwaliteit. Echt een aanrader! Last year we had two air conditioners of the gree brand installed with us. The complete handling of first contact, advice, assembly and service afterwards was great. Friendly staff. Friendly owners.
