★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontzettend slecht bereikbaar en na een aantal jaren onze website ondergebracht te hebben bij starclass hosting kom ik ook uit op klantonvriendelijk. Afspraken gemaakt via telefoon voor een paar maanden, vervolgens veel te dure factuur toegestuurd gekregen bindend voor een jaar, niet conform afspraak. Daarnaast ook nog voorgehouden dat de bestanden van de website bij hem stonden ingedeeld, waarvoor we zogenaamd dan door moesten betalen (130,-) mochten we de site nog online willen houden. Krijgen we vandaag een belletje van het andere bedrijf wat onze website wél echt bij hen heeft staan ipv alleen domeinnaam, dat ze niet begrijpen waarom we alle gegevens willen verhuizen terwijl je bij hen gewoon per maand op kunt zeggen(15,-). Smerige zaakjes.
