Monteurs zijn netjes en uiterst vakkundig en denken mee en, en, en. Zelfs praktisch geen schade aan stucwerk naast kozijnen bij het eruit halen van de oude kozijnen! De minimale schade is zelfs weer keurig afgewerkt. Vandaag 30 nov. 2021 is het werk opgeleverd en er is dus niets maar dan ook echt niets aan te merken. Alles paste perfect en naast vakkundige, keurige montage is ook het inmeten uiterst vakkundig gedaan. Geen pas stukjes, opvulperikelen of dergelijke en alles zit er strak en recht in. Gewoonweg fantastisch! Dank allemaal voor dit vakwerk! 5 big stars for this company. We are so happy that we went into business with Starkozijn for the installation of all our plastic frames! Vanaf de verkoop in de showroom bij Danny gelijk een goed gevoel. Vervolgens directeur Kees die alles ingemeten heeft, ook prima. Maar mijn echte bewondering gaat uit naar de monteurs, Peter, Leo, Ahmed, Peter en Michel. Aardige lui, en knijterharde werkers. Spreken zich uit als zaken mooier kunnen dan vooraf bedacht, wat ik alleen maar waardeer. Een dag eerder klaar dan in de brief aangegeven, wat als ik de reacties hieronder lees, eerder regel dan uitzondering is. Het contactformulier op de site voor de aftersales werkte alleen niet, of niet goed. Hierdoor bleef mijn verzoek wat langer liggen dan ik zou willen. Uiteindelijk helemaal goed en naar volle tevredenheid opgelost. Als we de kozijnen boven achter gaan laten doen, is er geen twijfel naar wie we toegaan. Goedkoop is het niet, maar overall denk ik een hele eerlijke prijs voor de geleverde kwaliteit. De montage werd uitgevoerd door keurige vakmensen, die echt perfect werk hebben geleverd. Alles werd ook supernetjes opgeruimd. En ze hebben prima werk geleverd, degelijk en op een fijne manier. Toen de eerste kozijnen geplaatst waren viel het ons op dat het gelijk stiller en warmer was. Dat zullen we zeker merken op onze energie jaarafrekening. De afwerking is ook subliem en dank voor de praktische oplossingen. We are so happy that we can work for Starkozijn v/d Vecht B.V. have chosen. It felt good from the first contact. And they did a great job, solid and in a nice way. Ben zelf timmerman en heb geconstateerd dat de afwerking van een zeer hoog niveau is. Alles zetwerk voor de afwerking is van te voren ingemeten zodat op de dag van plaatsing het alleen nog moet worden afgemonteerd, wat een hoop tijdwinst opleverd. Al met al een aanrader. Wij kunnen niet anders zeggen dan dat ze fantastisch werk hebben geleverd. Het begint al in de showroom. Er wordt alle tijd genomen, meegedacht en uitgelegd. Zo kwamen we op een heel ander idee voor de achtergevel uit dan we eerst hadden, simpelweg omdat er tijd en aandacht is en alternatieven worden aangedragen waar je zelf niet zo snel op komt. De informatie en communicatie is duidelijk en op tijd. De werkzaamheden hier thuis liepen uitstekend: er wordt met zorg gewerkt, netjes, alles wordt ook weer goed opgeruimd. Een dikke pluim! This year Starkozijn replaced all windows and frames and placed beautiful patio doors. We can only say that they did a fantastic job. It all starts in the showroom. So we came up with a completely different idea for the rear facade than we had before, simply because there is time and attention and alternatives are suggested that you do not easily think of yourself. De Firma starkozijn heeft hierbij alle handelingen uit de hand genomen en van begin tot eind een perfecte service geleverd. De start was de in meting, dit verliep zonder enig probleem en de in meter was dermate zakenkundig dat enige uitdagingen hier al werd plat geslagen. Na het wachten op de daadwerkelijke plaatsing kwam daar de dag.. De heren zijn gearriveerd en hebben de oude pui weggehaald en de nieuwe pui teruggeplaatst. Deze werkzaamheden vergden een kleine werkdag. Het resultaat mag er zijn. De pui schuift heerlijk soepel, de afwerking is werkelijk subliem te noemen. Ik heb dan ook 5 sterren geselecteerd omdat 10 geen optie is. Wellicht is Starkozijn in de markt ietsepietsie duurder dan andere aanbieders. Maar dat wordt ruimschoots goed gemaakt met de aftercare en zoals aangegeven het eind resultaat. I had my aluminum sliding door replaced with a plastic one. The results are impressive. The front slides wonderfully smoothly, the finish is truly sublime. I have therefore selected 5 stars because 10 is not an option. Starkozijn may be slightly more expensive in the market than other providers. But that is more than made up for with the aftercare and, as indicated, the end result.
