★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op de site staat dat "mijn" locatie om 7.30 uur open gaat. Daar staat ook een telefoonnummer bij. Mijn afspraak voor vandaag wilde ik netjes afzeggen (maandagochtend om 7.30 uur, omdat ik ziek ben geworden). Dat gedaan en dan krijg je een bandje dat ze pas om 8.00 uur open zijn. Dus om 8.00 uur weer gebeld om dan te horen dat ze voor bloedafname pas om 8.30 uur aanwezig zijn. Zet dat dan duidelijk op de site. Ik voel mij al beroerd, dan had ik nog even lekker kunnen slapen.
The site states that "my" location opens at 7:30am. There is also a telephone number. I wanted to cancel my appointment for today (Monday morning at 7.30 am, because I became ill). Done that and then you get a band that they are only open at 8.00. So I called again at 8.00 to be told that they would not be present until 8.30 to take blood. Then put that clearly on the site. I already feel bad, then I could have had a good night's sleep.
