E	Esther Bongers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor mijn vriend 4 polo’s gekocht. 2 direct meegenomen in de winkel en 2 moesten er van een ander filiaal komen. Echter bij thuiskomst zagen we helaas dat er in 1 van polo’s een foutje zat, dit de dag erop bij de winkel gemeld maar ze konden dit niet verhelpen. Ze hadden nog gekeken of er een nieuwe polo was in die kleur maar helaas. Na 1 week waren de andere 2 polo’s binnen echter waren de modellen iets anders dan we in onze ogen besteld hadden, maar opzich was dat geen probleem. Na het aantrekken van een polo die we ook in de winkel hadden meegenomen de eerste keer zagen we dat de naad op de rug aan het loslaten was. Dus wederom terug gemoeten naar de winkel. Hier begonnen we dus een beetje van te balen en vroegen om compensatie en we kregen een paar sokken. De polo met de losse naad moest opgestuird worden en zou een week wegblijven ook nu weer aangegeven dat we dit niet normaal vinden, dit vond de verkoper ook en gaf toen aan dat er wedeom iets van compensatie zou zijn als we de polo weer konden komen halen ,na een week werden we gebeld met de mededeling dat de polo binnen was maar dat er vlekken in zaten ( door de naaimachine). Dus na nog een week wachten werden we gebeld dat de polo weer terug was. Op 24-9-2018 is mn vriend de polo gaan halen en helaas was er niets van compensatie (terwijl dit dezelfde verkoper was) die het beloofd had of zou overleggen. Al met al 3x terug geweest voor 4 gekochte polo’s. Het is de eerste en de laatste keer geweest dat ik bij State of Art Eindhoven kleren heb gekocht, service is benedenmaats en slecht. Bought 4 polos for my friend. 2 were taken directly into the store and 2 had to come from another branch. However, upon returning home we unfortunately saw that there was a mistake in 1 of the polos, this was reported to the store the next day, but they could not fix it. They had checked to see if there was a new polo in that color, but unfortunately. After 1 week the other 2 polos were in, however, the models were slightly different than we had ordered, but that was not a problem. After putting on a polo that we had also brought into the store the first time, we saw that the seam on the back was coming off. So again had to go back to the store. So we started to get fed up with this and asked for compensation and we got a pair of socks. The polo with the loose seam had to be put on and would stay away for a week, again indicated that we do not think this is normal, the seller also thought this and then indicated that there would be some compensation if we could get the polo again , after a week we received a call to say that the polo was in but that it had stains (due to the sewing machine). So after another week of waiting, we got a call that the polo was back. On 9/24/2018 my friend went to pick up the polo and unfortunately there was no compensation (while this was the same seller) who had promised or would present it. All in all, been back 3 times for 4 bought polos. It was the first and the last time that I bought clothes at State of Art Eindhoven, service is substandard and bad.

Op zich is dit prima opgelost, maar heeft meer bezoeken aan de winkel nodig gehad omdat het aanwezige personeel geen beslissing mocht nemen en het geld ook niet overgemaakt kon worden. Helped very kindly with my birthday outfit. Unfortunately, the pants were broken after 1 wash. In itself this has been resolved very well, but has required more visits to the store because the staff present was not allowed to make a decision and the money could not be transferred.

De verkoper ging tot het uiterste om toch nog een vest in de gewenste kleur en maat te krijgen, aangezien het in de webshop ook niet meer voorradig was. Het is hem uiteindelijk nog gelukt ook. Het vest werd gratis naar mijn huisadres opgestuurd. Een werkdag later keurig een telefoontje gekregen van de winkel om mij te vertellen dat het vest onderweg naar mijn huisadres is. Dikke pluim voor deze Top Service! Perfectly helped by the staff. Expert advice and super service. The seller went to great lengths to get a vest in the desired color and size, as it was no longer available in the webshop. He finally succeeded too. The vest was sent to my home address for free. A nice phone call from the store a working day later to tell me that the vest is on the way to my home address. Kudos to this Top Service!
