Convenient transfer station due to its location on two main routes. The one to Zaandam and the one to Haarlem.

Small station but easy to drop or pick someone up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen mooi station. Bij koud weer geen goede beschutting op de perrons. Er vertrekken veel treinen in de richting Haarlem en Zaanstad. Het is een soort knooppunt.
Not a pretty station. In cold weather, no good shelter on the platforms. Many trains depart in the direction of Haarlem and Zaanstad. It's kind of a node.
