H	Heike Ostermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe über EBay Pflanzen (2 x Bambus 50 - 70 cm.)bestellt, kamen ca.2 Wochen nach der Bezahlung, hm ok, mach den Karton auf und glaubte meinen Augen nicht zu trauen, in dem Paket waren 2 Pflänzchen , 2 Töpfe mit jeweils 3-5 Hälmchen, dachte zunächst das es sich um einen Scherz handelt. Habe es dann umgehend mit Fotos reklamiert und... was soll ich sagen, bisher keine Stellungnahme, Antwort oder Erstattung. FAZIT: NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered plants (2 x bamboo 50 - 70 cm.) Via eBay, arrived about 2 weeks after payment, hm ok, open the box and thought I couldn't believe my eyes, in the package there were 2 plants and 2 pots 3-5 straws each, initially thought that it was a joke. I then immediately complained with photos and ... what can I say, no comment, answer or refund so far. CONCLUSION: NOT RECOMMENDED. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

L	Linda Fietz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten im März 32 Bambus Pflanzen gekauft (Pleioblastus pumilus). Angekommen sind vertrocknete Pflänzchen, uns wurde auf Nachfrage aber versichert, dass die noch kommen wenn Sie eingepflanzt sind und das an dem kalten Winter liegt, dass die so aussehen. Von 32 Pflanzen sind nach diesem Sommer leider nur 14 zum Teil mehr und zum Teil weniger grün geworden und haben kleine Triebe bekommen. Nach der ersten Kontaktaufnahme wurde uns mitgeteilt, die Pflanzen kommen alle noch, nach der zweiten hieß es, wenn sie grün werden kann man etwas düngen. Die dritte (mit Fotos) wurde dann komplett ignoriert. Gestern haben wir unser Fazit gezogen. Der Bambus sollte bei uns zu einer Art kleinem Sichtschutz wachsen. Leider hat das nicht geklappt und die 18 Pflanzen die keinerlei Lebenszeichen zeigen haben wir jetzt entsorgt. Beim Ausgraben ist auch aufgefallen, dass hier im Wurzelreich absolut nichts passiert ist oder sich entwickelt hat seitdem sie eingepflanzt wurden. Was für eine Geldverschwendung. In March we bought 32 bamboo plants (Pleioblastus pumilus). Dried plants have arrived, but we were assured when asked that they will still come when they are planted and that this is because of the cold winter and that they look like that. Unfortunately, after this summer only 14 of 32 plants have turned green, some more and some less, and have small shoots. After the first contact we were told that the plants are all still coming, after the second it was said that when they turn green you can fertilize a little. The third one (with photos) was then completely ignored. We drew our conclusion yesterday. The bamboo should grow into a kind of little privacy screen with us. Unfortunately that didn't work out and we have now disposed of the 18 plants that show no signs of life. During the excavation it was also noticed that absolutely nothing has happened or developed here in the root kingdom since they were planted. What a waste of money.
M	Michaela Link on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe 24 Ilex Crenata Pflanzen für 50€ gekauft. Die Pflanzen waren frisch in Töpfe gesetzt worden, die bei der Lieferung herausgefallen sind. In dem Karton befanden sich fast nur lose matschige Erde und Pflanzen, die abgeknickt und ohne festen Wurzelballen waren. Die Pflanzen sind im nächsten Sommer nur minimal gewachsen. Trotz regelmäßigen Gießens sind einige nach und nach eingegangen. Sie sahen aus wie vertrocknet. Ich konnte sie ganz leicht herausziehen, weil sie so gut wie keine Wurzeln hatten. Die restlichen kümmerlichen Pflanzen, die noch grün sind, haben so gut wie keinen Wurzelballen. Auf zwei Mails wurde nicht geantwortet. Missgeschicke können immer mal passieren. Pflanzen sind eine heikle Ware. Aber wenn man solchen Schund verschickt, sollte man auch dafür gerade stehen. I bought 24 Ilex Crenata plants for € 50. The plants were freshly placed in pots that fell out on delivery. In the box there was almost nothing but loose, muddy earth and plants that were kinked and without firm roots. The plants grew only minimally in the next summer. Despite regular watering, some have gradually died. They looked like dried up. I was able to pull them out very easily because they had almost no roots. The rest of the poor plants, which are still green, have almost no root ball. There was no reply to two emails. Mishaps can always happen. Plants are a delicate commodity. But if you send such trash, you should also stand up for it.
S	Silviu Oprică on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from Stauden Gaenge via Amazon, and my plants arrived packaged only in paper which was all soggy and broken due to the wet soil of the plants. Even worst, the plants themselves arrived in poor condition. When contacting the seller, they were not cooperative and tried to dodge the return/refund. I recommend avoiding them as they seem unprofessional, and the goods are delivered in very low quality than what is advertised
