After a year back from Argentina and being disappointed by various steakhouses all around Europe i finally found one with proper Bife de Chorizo, perfectly cooked ! Thanks ! Still slightly below Argentinian standards but not much and still the best one i had in Europe so far :) !

All 3 of the steaks ordered were raw despite asking for medium/medium rare and not even seared, as if they were cooked with a BIC lighter. Not to mention very expensive. Maybe it was a new guy making the food but for a place thats been around for supposedly 28 years with the word "steakhouse" in the name you would think the steak would at least be mediocre. Its no wonder everyone else there were ordering everything but the steaks.
