★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Stedin z'n eigen afspraken niet nakomt, kom je automatisch bij hun in een klachtenprocedure waardoor er geen nieuwe afspraak meer ingepland kan worden tot de klacht wordt afgehandeld ?♂️...en wij maar wachten...mag ik hier een klacht over indienen?
 If Stedin does not honor its own agreements, you will automatically enter a complaints procedure with them, so that no new appointment can be scheduled until the complaint is handled ?♂️...and we just wait...can I make a complaint here? about submitting?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht .van zoveel dagen bellen voor een afspraak voor weer te sluiten stroom. En gas je betaald .en je moet nog wachten voor debiteuren afdeling . Moet je mail sturen met bewijs van betaling en toch kan je geen asprak maken. Een hele troep bedrijf om niet andere word te gebruiken..
Bad .of so many days calling for an appointment for electricity to be closed again. And gas you paid .and you still have to wait for accounts receivable department . You have to send an e-mail with proof of payment and yet you cannot make an appointment. A whole bunch of company not to use other words..
