Mobing and non-compliance with labor law, especially to Polish employees on the agenda. Rudeness and lack of any logical communication, especially on the so-called snij en packing. I do not recommend this company, just the opposite.

β β β β β Nooit iets van Stegeman kopen. Naar bedrijf en varkensvlees komt uit Duitsland en het oostblok. Geperste zooi met veel water. Zeer slechte arbeidssfeer en de chefs zijn arrogant.
Never buy anything from Stegeman. Company and pork comes from Germany and the Eastern bloc. Pressed stuff with lots of water. Very poor working atmosphere and the chefs are arrogant.

β β β β β nare ploegbazen verwachten binnen 5 minuten dat je alle procedures weet. Hebbwn t over veiligheid maar crossen levensgevaarlijk met heftruck overal tegenaan. In geval van ramp of brand geen goede vluchtweg. Hammen geperst met veel water. Allemaal nep koop t niet.
nasty foremen expect you to know all the procedures within 5 minutes. I don't have any questions about safety, but crosses life-threateningly with a forklift truck against everything. Not a good escape route in the event of a disaster or fire. Hams pressed with plenty of water. Don't buy all fake.
