M	Monika Stautner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die reine Katastrophe. Habe über Leuchtenwelt.de eine 3-flammige Pendelleuchte (Burgundy bronze angebl. mit Muranoglass) bestellt. Als erstes kam eine zweiflammige -Reklamation - zurückschicken. Dann kam eine dreiflammige - schlecht verpackt- nicht als Glas gekennzeichnet - ein Lampenschirm gebrochen - Reklamation- Lampenschirm nachbestellt- dann kam ein Lampenschirm - intakt(!) -in der falschen Farbe -passte nicht zu den anderen zwei - Reklamation- Lampenschirm sollte ich wegwerfen und nicht zurückschicken, da das angeblich zu teuer (Muranoglas???)- also kein Bewußtsein für Resourcen vorhanden- dann kam ein wieder falscher Lampenschirm, den niemand bestellt hatte- dann kam der reklamierte Lampenschirm - wieder die falsche Farbe- die Dame bei Leuchtenwelt,de meinte lapidar, daß er aber nicht zerbrochen sei.. Ich habe die Bestellung nun storniert und gehe wieder zur Post um alles zurückzuschicken. Diese Lampe ist nach wie vor sowohl auf der website von Leuchtenwelt.de wie auch von Steinhauer.de angeboten mit den gelblich-orangen Lampenschirmen in Muranoglass, die aber offenbar nicht verfügbar sind! Auf meine Nachfrage bzgl. des Muranoglasses bekam ich zur Antwort, daß dieses Glas nach Muranomanier herstellt sei und nicht aus Italien stammt! Hat gar keinen Stern verdient! The pure catastrophe. I ordered a 3-flame pendant lamp (Burgundy bronze with Murano glass) via Leuchtenwelt.de. First came a two-lambed-declamation - send back. Then came a dreiflammige - badly packaged - not as glass marked - a lampshade broken - Complaints lampshade reordered - then came a lampshade - intact (!) - in the wrong color - did not fit to the other two - Complaint lampshade I should throw away and not send back, because that supposedly too expensive (Murano glass ???) - So there was no awareness of resources - then came again a false lampshade that no one had ordered - then came the reclaimed lampshade - again the wrong color - the lady in Leuchtenwelt , de said succinctly that he was not broken .. I have the order now canceled and go back to the post office to send everything back. This lamp is still available on both the website of Leuchtenwelt.de Steinhauer.de as well as the yellowish-orange lampshades in Murano, but apparently not available! At my request regarding the Murano logo, I got the answer that this glass was made after Murano and not from Italy! Does not deserve a star!

Ik een led driver besteld bij een dealer, deze geplaats maar geen resultaat. Daarna ledjes gemeten hier was er een defect, deze overbrugt en vervolgens de lamp aangezet weer een ledje kapot. Ik contact opnemen met Steinhauer (patrick en Hans) en het voorval uitgelegd. Hoe deze heren service verlenen is in een woord te beschrijven namelijk "geweldig". Mijn lamp werd daar nagekeken en eventueel gerepareerd, er bleek te veel aan de hand te zijn met deze lamp. Ons werd aangeboden om een andere lamp uit te zoeken, deze werd opgestuurd en hangt nu weer mooi op zijn plekje. Beste medewerkers van Steinhauer Bedankt voor deze geweldige service. We had problems with a 1.40 meter plato lamp. it suddenly started burning at half power. I ordered a led driver from a dealer, this placed but no result. Then measured the LEDs here there was a defect, this bridged and then the lamp turned on again a broken LED. I contacted Steinhauer (Patrick and Hans) and explained the incident. How these gentlemen provide service can be described in one word, namely "great". My lamp was checked there and possibly repaired, there turned out to be too much going on with this lamp. We were offered to pick out another lamp, it was sent and now hangs nicely in its place. Dear Steinhauer employees Thank you for this great service.
L	Lars Detlaff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe gerade versucht die Lampe Modell Lotus zu installieren. Bei der Verkabelung und ausrichtung der Kabellänge habe ich festgestellt, dass das Erdungskabel lose im Gehäuse hängt. Ne mutter und zwei Bremsunterleger sind vorhanden. Leider ist die Kunststoffaufnahme so kurz, dass die Mutter nicht greifen kann. Somit kann auch das Kabel welches die Lampenglocke hält nicht fixiert werden. So ich die Lampe nun anbaue habe zwei Glocken in der richtigen Höhe, die in der Mitte aber liegt auf dem Tisch weil ja wie beschrieben die mittlere Aufgnahme nicht zu befestigen ist. Ich weise den Hersteller hiermit darauf hin, dass man hier mit Strom hantiert. Unverantwortlich so etwas zu versenden. NULL Sterne. Den einen Stern gibts nur damit ichs posten kann I have just tried to install the Lotus model lamp. While wiring and aligning the cable length, I noticed that the ground wire was hanging loose in the case. A nut and two brake pads are available. Unfortunately, the plastic holder is so short that the mother cannot grab it. This means that the cable that holds the lamp bell cannot be fixed. When I add the lamp, I have two bells at the right height, but the one in the middle is on the table because, as described, the middle holder cannot be attached. I would like to point out to the manufacturer that electricity is being used here. Irresponsible to send something like that. ZERO stars. There is only one star so that I can post it
L	Lucas Moed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtige lampen, maar het ophangsysteem is kwalitatief uitermate teleurstellend. Het is bijna onmogelijk de "natasja" lamp netjes op te hangen. Dit ie de eerstse steenhouwer lamp.en dus ook de laatste. Beautiful lamps, but the suspension system is very disappointing in terms of quality. It is almost impossible to hang the "natasja" lamp neatly. This ie the first stonemason lamp.and therefore also the last.
