★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Doppelturmtor mit Pechnase und Wappennischen feldseitig ist das einzige erhaltene Stadttor von vier der ehemaligen Stadtbefestigung des 14 Jahrhunderts. 1919 und 1945 wurde das Tor beschädigt und wiederhergestellt. Ronald Edmond Belfour, Major der ersten kanadischen Armee verhinderte 1945 den Abbruch des Steintors.
 The double tower gate with machicolations and coat of arms niches on the field side is the only preserved city gate of four of the former city fortifications from the 14th century. In 1919 and 1945 the gate was damaged and restored. Ronald Edmond Belfour, Major in the Canadian First Army, prevented the stone gate from being demolished in 1945.
