Don't order here. I have been waiting muy order for a month. Two days after ordering, I wanted to make a small change to my order and emailed them. They took to respond 8 working days and said at the same time that the order would be shipped next week. On the day of shipment I did not receive any tracking number and I thought they were just in a hurry and didn’t have time to send it. I waited a couple of days and sent an email, after which I sent more emails without a reply. I have also tried to contact them via Instagram without any answers. Updated: After I commented their ig post I got an answer. They told me that my emails went to spam even though they had mark me as not spam and the package was send but I didn't receive any notification of it because "something went wrong with the parcel partner in our country". They offer to send it again but I didn't want because I didn’t experience this as pleasant customer service. Everything could have been avoided if they had replied to my emails.

I had a very bad experience with this shop. I ordered 2 plants which arrived poorly wrapped in cling film, completely dry and one with the steam broken. They are already both dead by the way.. I do understand that things can go wrong while traveling but since then (more than 2 weeks) I send 3 email and no answer, that's not good.

I definitely do not recommend to order in this shop. Customer service is non existent. I received a broken pot and another item was wobbly. It's been more than a month I have contacted them. They first answered 7 days after my first e-mail and asked me for documents they already had plus some other things. I answered right away with all what I could provide. Since then, I have sent several e-mails to check the status but never got any answer. Looks like they play the card to ignore me to not give me any money back. So I basically paid them for broken items and they probably got themselves additionally the money from transport insurance... They are fraud!

Fine shop, plants come well and carefully packed, also including a heat pack which is especially important for colder seasons when packages spend time in warehouses and transportation. From 4 plants I ordered only 1 looked a bit afflicted - faded color in its leaves and a bit crushed. But at the end there is always risk receiving such items through a postal service. Overall satisfied!

Received my BULBS!! It was waiting a little while but I understand the pre sale. Couldn't find them now where else. Handy name tags came with it. Defintley going to order more seeing all the rare plants on the website! Im giving you 5 Stars!

B grade plants,be aware!! I bought 2 philodendron Tortum and one of them was clearly poor in term of quality. 3 of 4 leaves were cutted at the edge,the plant is full of broken leaves.

I arranged a pickup appointment for my plant, which had to be rescheduled due to being ill but they were more than helpful and patient with me. Very happy with my healthy plant, as well as their great customer service!
