Dan kan het opgestuurd worden en komt er de volgende dag een certificaat in de mail met de uitslag van het materiaalmonster. Aanrader. Gevolg: langere post-tijden en nood aan postzegels voor monster naar het buitenland terug te sturen. Ik heb besteld op 3 maart, pas op 10 maart m'n kit gekregen. Dezelfde dag teruggestuurd en pas op 19 maart resultaat gekregen. Da's ver van wat er beloofd wordt. In mijn geval was snelheid belangrijk, heb dus werken moeten vertragen hierdoor. Dit is niet OK. Wat wel goed was: de kit zelf en ook de klantenservice was responsief. Misleading Asbest-labo.be presents itself as a Belgian company with a Belgian postal address, etc., but it is actually located in the Netherlands. The consequence: longer postal times and the need for sample stamps to be returned abroad. I ordered on March 3, only received my kit on March 10. Wegen der Corona Situation hat die Analyse wohl etwas länger gedauert. Wir wurden aber freundlich vom Kundendiesnt darüber via E-Mail informiert. Die Analyse erfolge dann auch binnen ein paar Tagen. Insgesamt eine super Abwicklung, super Beschreibung der Vorgehnsweise, alles top. Fast shipping of samples. These were damaged in the mail. We received the new samples within a very short time.
