Prettige ontvangst,meteen koffie aangeboden gekregen, rustig tijd gegund om rond te kijken. Daarna goede uitleg en testrit. Rustig alles doorgenomen en meteen tot aankoop overgegaan.

Wat een mooie winkel zeg, goed geholpen en een mooie fiets gekocht. Bij aflevering bleek de band lek te zijn, kan gebeuren…. Maar werd dezelfde dag nog met spoed gemaakt werd mij gegarandeerd door Mick ! En zo geschiede, valse start maar service ten top door de werkplaats in Best. # volgende keer graag taart bij de koffie ?

Zojuist een prachtige fiets gekocht. Hele goede service, goede uitleg en even een lekker rondje gefietst. Ik kijk uit naar 14 maart dan kan ik hem ophalen.

Wij hebben nu voor de 2de keer 'n Stella fiets gekocht en zijn zeer tevreden over de klantvriendelijke benadering. Geen gladde verkooppraatjes maar een eerlijk advies voor wat bij onze wensen het beste zou passen.

Filiaal Best beschikt over klantvriendelijke en vakbekwame personeel De technische afdeling staat goed aangeschreven. Zijn ook heel behulpzaam en verstaan hun vak. De filiaal manager Nick. Is een heel vriendelijke en vakbekwame verkoper.En hij denkt ook echt met de klant mee. Nick is pas tevreden als de klant ook tevreden is.daarom raadt ik stella best zeker aan en over de service zijn we zeer tevreden. Dat heb ik zelf al een keer mogen ervaren.we hebben er 4 fietsen gekocht

Dank je wel, Stella & Nick! We zijn zo blijen met onz nieuw e-fiets Livorno Superior MDS50 (biked >100km since it was bought in March)! Online bikes testing booking is easy and fast, you can even request a personal catalogue by post; direct sales from the Dutch manufacturer, so we got our new bike in a week; and they have their own shops all over Netherlands, handy if we have issue travelling within NL. Nick Goddrie helped us to find our ebike and his service is Top! We realised how lucky we had had this wonderful buying experience with him while I worked with his other colleagues. Highly recommend! His professional service (before and after sales) makes you feel like VIP and pleasure in ebiking! He is more than welcome to test the e-bikes as much as you like and do not avoid difficult roads e.g. bumps, gravel, sandy etc. I recommend to plan a test route yourself to make sure it's the best for you, Stella also provide this information if you need. 3 frame sizes, not easy for a small Asian size like me to find this in NL. And low entry also helps my body. We would really appreciated if there's offer to charge the battery to the fullest (which their test bike are) for clients as initially we plan to celebrate our anniversary with the new bike and found out all new bikes just has enough electricity to go home...Hope in future Stella also has GPS chipping service for this bike, a USB charger option and also fat/mountain ebike which is my dream bike. Very nice shop, nice bicycles.

I ordered two Morena Premium MDB FI from Stella last year with a delivery date of six month, but after eagerly waiting for six months they called me and postponed the delivery date for 2 months, and now they called again and postponed it for another 2 months. I kindly asked them to give me a replacement e-bike until my two e-bikes are ready, but it seems like that it is not an option. I spent 8000 euros to have the best e-bike of the year but it seems like I will receive the best e-bike of two years ago. If you don't have it please don't sell it. UPDATE: They called me and arranged a replacement e-bike to be delivered to my address. Thanks for the quick response Stella.
