★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb een fiets gekocht met een “speciale aanbieding”, terwijl het achteraf bleek dat het de normale prijs was. Klantenservice is bagger en moet wekenlang wachten voor een reparatie. Absurd dat zo bedrijf mag bestaan.
Bought a bike with a “special offer” when it turned out to be the regular price. Customer service sucks and has to wait weeks for a repair. Absurd that such a company should exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor de eerste keer in Rijswijk geweest. Meteen hartelijk ontvangen. Het gesprek is nooit opdringerig geweest maar geduldig heb ik heel veel info gekregen. Zelfs 2 proefritje gemaakt. Na afloop meteen een e-bike met aangepaste toebehoren aangeschaft. Wat een positieve sfeer. Bedankt WVG, zo hoort het.
Been to Rijswijk for the first time. Immediately warmly welcomed. The conversation was never intrusive but patiently I received a lot of information. Even made 2 test drives. Immediately purchased an e-bike with adapted accessories afterwards. What a positive atmosphere. Thanks WVG, that's how it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is too much! Worst customer experience I have ever experienced, even one year later and the Stella e-bike doesn't work and I cannot use it. Every time it is fixed, it breaks again, and it's a nightmare to get customer support, taking weeks before a solution each time. Slow, untrained and understaffed, unorganized company with a lot of communications and empty promises. Really regret the purchase!!! Next time, I will go for another brand, never again Stella.

Spoke to micky who showed us 2 models, give very good advise and helped us choose the bike that would most suit our needs. At no time did I feel like I was being sold something more honest advice from a friend. Very happy to recommend.
