En vind het vreemd dat remmen bijstellen niet bij een beurt in zitten. Vraag me af wat er gedaan is voor die €55 euro. Customer friendly was not so, had asked for new straps on delivery, when picked up I had to ask again, was not done yet. And find it strange that adjusting brakes are not in a turn. Wonder what was done for those €55 euros.

Toen we in de showroom wachtten, met natuurlijk een heerlijk kopje cappuccino, zagen we de nieuwe Stella Nantes met een lage stap. Informatie ingewonnen bij de verkoper, een proefrit gemaakt, en een goede inruilaanbieding gekregen voor mijn oude Stella fiets. Dus deze Nantes besteld en we kunnen hem volgende week al ophalen in Best. Prima advies gekregen. Went to Den Bosch yesterday for a service for Henk's bike. Nu heb ik daarbij een verzekering afgesloten voor een jaar, ook die was meer dan €100. Nu zijn er in die 4 maanden al veel dingen kapot gegaan. Onderweg een lekke band, kapot voorlicht en nu is het zo dat de accu niet meer van mijn fiets af gaat. Al deze dingen voor schijnbaar niet vergoed en overal komen extra kosten bij kijken. Ze helpen ook niet bij een oplossing en de service is dan ook heel slecht voor wat je betaald. Na dit jaar zal ik ook zeker een andere verzekering nemen, en zal niemand deze verzekering of überhaupt een fiets bij Stella aanraden. I bought an electric bike from Stella in September for almost €2000. Now I have taken out insurance for a year, which was also more than €100. Many things have already broken in those 4 months.
