Die Terrasse ist eine kl Oase, überdachte Tische u Stühle u man ist umzingelt mit mit duftende Blumen u es blüht fast jede Woche wunderhübsche Blumen! Das Mittagessen schmeckt sehr lecker 3 Gänge Menü mit Getränk u immer täglich 2 Menüs zur Auswahl!! Es ist eine Familiäre Atmosphäre mit 92 Betten noch gut überschaubar! Rundum ein gelungnes Haus mit liebevollen Menschen!! ? It is all new and very well maintained! The staff are all very friendly and helpful !!! There are offers every day what to do !!! The terrace is a small oasis, covered tables u chairs u is surrounded with fragrant flowers u flowers almost every week beautiful flowers! The lunch tasted delicious 3 course menu with drink u always 2 menus daily to choose from !! It is a familiar atmosphere with 92 beds still well manageable! All around a gelungnes house with loving people! ?
H	Holger H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mutter ist auf Kurzzeitpflege ins Stella Vitalis gekommen um das gehen neu zu erlernen. Geld ist gezahlt worden, aber Physiotherapie um das laufen neu zu erlernen hat meine Mutter keine bekommen!??? Sie wurde unprofessionell in den Rollstuhl gesetzt und in den Aufenthaltsraum geschoben und für sich selbst überlassen. Durch die unprofessionelle Behandlung der Angestellten gegenüber meiner Mutter haben sich auch Blut- Wasserblasen am ganzen Körper gebildet was für sie sehr schmerzhaft war. Nach drei Wochen konnten wir uns das nicht mehr ansehen und haben unsere Mutter wieder nach Hause geholt woraufhin ich sie dann drei Monate selbst zu Hause gepflegt habe. Das Stella Vitalis in Haan kann ich niemanden empfehlen da dort sehr unprofessionell gearbeitet wird so wie es eigentlich für ein Pflegeheim sein sollte und dazu hinaus ist dieses Pflegeheim sehr überteuert was nicht gerechtfertigt ist da Leistungen bezahlt werden die nicht erbracht werden, und daher bin ich der Meinung dass das der David alles komplett geschlossen werden sollte!!!????????????? The unprofessional treatment of the employees towards my mother also caused blood and water bubbles to form all over my body, which was very painful for her. After three weeks we couldn't look at it anymore and brought our mother back home, whereupon I looked after her at home myself for three months. I cannot recommend the Stella Vitalis in Haan to anyone because the work there is very unprofessional, as it should actually be for a nursing home and, in addition, this nursing home is very overpriced, which is not justified because services are paid that are not provided, and that's why I am the one Opinion that the David should all be closed completely !!! ?????????????
