★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent selection of rustic and fancy yarns, only expensive ones though - be prepared to spend a lot ! The shop could offer a few cheaper brands. Interesting selection of books, needles and projects bags. Bonus points for a great range of notions, some of them generally difficult to find. Very nice kits (Stephen West patterns)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting this shop in Amsterdam is truly a delightful experience in a city full of delightful experiences. I have been here several times over the last few years and it never fails to bring me joy. The beautifully displayed yarn is a visual feast and the staff are friendly and helpful. The first time I visited it was an *extremely* hot summer day, and the air conditioned, beautiful store, with a friendly chat with the shop keeper to pass some time, made it seem like a magical oasis. I have sent several friends here who have had similar experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of yarn although I am shocked that they ask for €6.50 to send ONE skein of yarn via DPD. I can't see that DPD charge anywhere near that for a light parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous and beautiful shop. Very well kept. Very helpful and nice staff, even when I as customer no 1 billion sugested they sell their baskets ? Always ready to help, but also know you can use a lot of time just looking around and deciding. Many different yarns, especially many beautiful handdyed ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First let me start with saying that the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! Everyone was very willing to show me (a beginner) the many options the store has to offer. I went in to look for 1 specific type of yarn and left with a bag full, that's how wonderful it was! Yes, it's more pricey but it's 100% worth it: for a fair price you will get some really nice quality fibres, hours of fun and something special to wear! 10/10 would recommend :)
