Zouden installeren na drie weken. Uiteindelijk na twee en halve maand mijn betaalde voorschot terug gekregen. Vertrouwen in hun opgezegd.
Failed to meet agreed installation data. Do not respond to telephone and mail.
Would install after three weeks. Eventually, after two and a half months, I received my paid deposit back. Trust in them canceled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na ons eerste contact voor het maken van een afspraak voor een offerte hadden we al een positief gevoel bij Ster airconditioning. De monteurs die de airco’s monteren waren prettig in de omgang en konden alle vragen beantwoorden over de installatie.
Ze dachten ook mee tijdens de installatie waardoor we nu een supernette installatie hebben. Wij zouden Ster airconditioning zeker aanraden!
After our first contact to make an appointment for a quote, we already had a positive feeling at Ster airconditioning. The technicians who assemble the air conditioners were pleasant to deal with and were able to answer all questions about the installation.
They also contributed during the installation, so we now have a super neat installation. We would definitely recommend Ster air conditioning!

Nadat we contact hebben opgenomen met Ster Airconditioning is de eigenaar zelf langsgekomen om de mogelijkheden en daarbij passend advies te leveren. Na offerte te hebben ontvangen is binnen twee weken mijn multi-split unit (1 buiten unit en drie binnen units Daikin) zeer professioneel geïnstalleerd. Geen kabels of leidingen binnen zeer mooie afwerking.
Very satisfied with Ster Air Conditioning Rotterdam. After we contacted Ster Airconditioning, the owner came by to provide the options and appropriate advice. After receiving a quote, my multi-split unit (1 outdoor unit and three indoor units Daikin) was installed very professionally within two weeks. No cables or pipes within very nice finish.
