Very satisfied with Sterckwonen. Good communication with real estate agent Rick. Within a week he helped me find an apartment. Responded quickly. Skilled broker.

Toen het eerste huis wat ik op het oog had al verhuurd was, heeft hij alsnog binnen korte termijn een ander huis weten te regelen. Ondanks dat de communicatie soms wat moeizaam verliep wegens zijn drukke agenda, is uiteindelijk alles goed geregeld. Rick arranged a house for me. When the first house I had in mind was already rented out, he managed to arrange another house within a short period of time. Na een week nog geen reactie, toen heb ik Rick gebeld. Hij gaf aan dat het door de vakantie iets langer duurde en dat hij het met het weekend wel zou hopen te weten. Nog twee weken later, geen reactie gehad vanuit Rick. Uiteindelijk heb ik hem die week via de website gewhatsappt & 4x gebeld. Telkens kreeg ik een automatische SMS reply dat hij momenteel 'in een bezichtiging of afspraak zat' (mogelijk zelf op vakantie? Zo ja, communiceer dit dan). Dus heb ik gemaild. Anderhalve week later kreeg ik een mailtje terug 'Excuses dat het zo lang duurt, maar morgen weet ik het definitief'. De volgende dag niet gebeld, uiteindelijke twee dagen later zelf maar weer gebeld. Uiteindelijk hebben wij in totaal ongeveer een maand moeten wachten op een fatsoenlijk antwoord van Rick. Very poor communication & unprofessional As an exception, the viewing was still reasonably arranged. Ultimately responded to the property. After a week no response, then I called Rick. He indicated that it took a little longer because of the holiday and that he would hope to know by the weekend. Two weeks later, no response from Rick. In the end I called him 4x that week via the website. Each time I received an automatic SMS reply that he was currently 'in a viewing or appointment' (possibly on holiday himself? If so, please communicate this). So I emailed. A week and a half later I got an email back saying 'Sorry it is taking so long, but tomorrow I will know for sure'. Didn't call the next day, eventually called again two days later. In the end, we had to wait about a month in total for a decent answer from Rick.
