★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had deze reviews moeten checken voor ik dit kantoor had geselecteerd om de afkoop van mijn erfpacht af te handelen. Op e-mails wordt consistent niet gereageerd en na ruim een half jaar is mijn dossier nog steeds niet afgehandeld. Onvoorstelbaar wat een slechte service!
I should have checked these reviews before selecting this office to handle the redemption of my ground lease. E-mails are consistently not responded to and after more than half a year my file has still not been completed. Unbelievable what bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worthless notary office. Avoid at all costs!!! 10 weeks ago I asked them to make a buying contract and still haven’t received anything. They never kept a single promise and every 2-3 weeks they pretend they couldn’t finish the work because they needed my adress, then 2-3 weeks later they ask for the adress of the seller then 2-3 weeks later they ask for the adress of the product itself instead of making sure they have all they need at once and finish the job on time. No professionalism, no honesty a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional service, everything delayed all the time, no response, ignoring and disrespecting the client, having a mess in the documents (not even able to get a proper translation!), embarrassing communication (they don't do their job, but they don't apologize, they are aggressive and rude instead).
At each stage of the apartment purchase, they were the only party that created problems. Still explaining that they are busy - busy with another client more important than me? No idea :) If you are unable to fulfill your obligations, just do not take on the new assignments.
I used their services only because I decided to follow the bank's recommendation. I really regret. They have an approach as if they run a voluntary public service, not a business, hallo, it's 2021 and you take money not smiles as a payment for your 'service'.
