★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ilia is een meester in het stellen van de juiste open vragen. Het beantwoorden van de vragen geeft enorm veel inzichten. Zoals Ilia aan het begin van de coaching terecht aangeeft. Je bent zelf diegene die een transformatie in gang zet. Dat in gang zetten gebeurt vanaf de kennismaking en stopt niet na het afronden van de actieve coaching. Ik weet zeker dat ik voor de rest van mijn leven iets heb aan de inzichten die ik heb gekregen. Het stopt niet meer. Je bewust zijn van patronen is een ding. Bewuste keuzes maken voordat je een in vast patroon terecht komt iets minstens zo waardevol. Dit laatste inzicht is waar ik Ilia het meeste dankbaar voor ben. Ilia is een professionele gesprekspartner waarbij ik mij zeer op mijn gemak heb gevoeld.
 Ilia is a master at asking the right open questions. Answering the questions gives a lot of insights. As Ilia rightly points out at the beginning of the coaching. You are the one who initiates a transformation. This initiation happens from the introduction and does not stop after the active coaching has been completed. I am sure that the insights I have gained will benefit me for the rest of my life. It doesn't stop anymore. Being aware of patterns is one thing. Making conscious choices before you end up in a fixed pattern is something at least as valuable. This last insight is what I am most grateful to Ilia for. Ilia is a professional interlocutor with whom I have felt very comfortable.
