Marc is a great teacher, starting from the smile he sends you in the beginning of the lesson, continues with clear pose instructions and enlightenmen about how to treat your body&mind and ends with you falling in love with him. Also the rest of the staff i met in this yoga studio is super friendly and welcoming. I would have given this place 10 stars but im allowed to give only 5.. You deserve it! Namaste?

There's a chillout, where you can drink tea, read magazines in comfortable seats and you can buy yoga outfits. It has showers and a sauna! There are a lot of interesting classes on the schedule. The teachers always give me a warm welcomimg feeling. Im really happy that such a cool place is located in Oost ?

Everybody here is kind and welcoming. The teachers are very knowledgeable and teach their classes with full dedication. They really watch how you move and give personal advice.Yoga Nidra is new to me and it's amazing. I recommend it fully for destressing and restoring. Keep up the good work!

The staff members are very warm and friendly. I highly recommend this studio for yoga class or for a relaxing time in the infrared sauna, and they also offer massage! Thank you to Sthira yoga for the making me feel confortable.

Relaxed and creative vibe. Their free trial lesson was great. There is a down-to-earth, humble, fun feeling that is a refreshing way to experience a yoga or meditation practice. Spirituality doesn't need to be dogmatic or super serious; this is the feeling I get being at Sthira. I also can't wait to use their infrared sauna!! And I LOVE that their is live piano music with yin. <3 <3 <3

The spaces are very large, clean and I love how they keep the lights low in the evening classes. The studio offers a variety of classes, traditional ones as well as more "creative" classes, to suit everyone's needs. The yoga they teach is not too floaty. Just yoga as yoga should be ;) love it! ❤️
